Contemporary travelers are increasingly seeking out brands and organizations that practice corporate responsibility, and HSM’s OS&E team has been hard at work facilitating the rollout of full-size bath amenities for brands across the Hilton enterprise. The switch to these new products will provide a 50+% reduction in single-use plastics and offer an end-of-lifecycle recycling solution from the onset of the launch. Additionally, our partnering properties benefit from a reduction in operational complexity thanks to the added efficiency bulk dispensers provide.

By next spring, guests of Hilton’s flagship luxury hotels will enjoy Aesop’s classic shampoo and conditioner, geranium leaf body cleanser, resurrection aromatique hand wash and rind concentrate body balm with each stay.
Throughout the program launch, each Waldorf Astoria hotel will experience White Glove service from our team, ranging from 1:1 support with initial order placement to staff education and installation guidance. HSM will also continue to monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, supervise quality control and troubleshoot as needed to ensure a smooth introduction of Aesop to our markets.
